Michigan State Spartans -5 (-110), 2 units: Spartans are battle tested and at home. Cardinals have not stepped up in class yet and to do so in E. Lansing is not a good place to start. As long as there is no hangover from their recent tourney win I like MSU's chances.
Iowa Hawkeyes -5 (-110), 2 units: Similar to the analysis above the Spartans. Hawkeyes have played a good schedule and in tough environments. The Seminoles toughest opponent was Hofstra on a neutral floor and they lost that game. This is their first road game and Carver Hawkeye is not an easy place to play.

Well, frankly I am at a loss. This is 2.25 seasons of pure crap. I took a look at my plays last night and while I am sure some of it is bad capping, could some of it just be bad luck? Lost the ML parlay on a layup with .01 seconds. Lost Michigan State by 1. Lost Iowa when FSU threw in a garbage 3 near the end of OT which if it hadn't gone in would put Iowa at the line, up 3 with :15 left and plenty of chances to win or push.
Maybe I should just bag it and stop trying? Maybe I should change my methodology? I would really appreciate any suggestions anyone may have.
