This customer offered to let Ken of The RX hear his case on a three-way phone call with Joey Rizzo, one of our managers. He agreed to this arbitration and to live by the decision of the arbitrator. The main factor why we disallowed ***** $2,500 match play bonus (which he won by wagering on a 10/1 money-line underdog) was that he was warned by the operations manager that we would not take this type of match play. And though he was
able to sneak in the two other $2,500 match-plays on 10/1 money-line dogs through our match-play department without our operations manager noticing, it is no excuse when you are told on the phone that you cannot use your match-play to make this wager.
There are many situations in which clients sometimes make illegal wagers with these match- plays, but when you are caught and warned not to do so, you play at your own risk. MFG then proceeded to argue with C/S and threaten a match-play clerk (that C/S said she would be fired) into taking the wager later. He was able to sneak it through without authorization.
(This is what MFG has not told the readers of this forum).
On the call with Ken of The RX, MFG agreed to abide by Ken's ruling. After hearing all the facts (which are too many to convey in this post) Ken ruled in our favor. MFG signed a confidentiality agreement and we named Ken as
the arbitrator who ruled in our favor.
However, now MFG is using lies to manipulate this forum and the industry. I will not let him do that and I hope all the honest and just people on this site will stand with me.
