Ted,

I'm with you on NCST and Pitt. I also see both games under the total as the stronger teams play great D.

Nice to hear we agree on 4 of 5. I really do like today's card and have placed a small 5 team parlay on my selections. This is very rare for me as I only play approximately a dozen parlays per year and usually nothing higher than a 4 teamer. Just a feeling today. The parlay is no where near the level of a rated release. Good luck to you today.

Nice to see you like Pitt and NC State. Agree that both teams play excellent defense which is one of the strong criteria I look for when handicapping. Which team can control the pace of the game as well as the defensive end. These two fall into that category. Good luck to you today with your plays.

Congratulations on a nice run the past few days and good luck with your play today. A sweep would be nice as I placed a small rare parlay on all my selections today. Have a good nap!

ted, headed that way.. been playing a little more these days with my 2 locals.. we currently settle on mondays since football is over and im just using a little money management today, collecting each week these days.. up a nickel with one of them and simply playing $200 on kings out of it.. ill just rest up for tomorrow and besides nothing jumped out at me for today.. good luck with your parlay, dont think ive played one on baskets this season..

I am wrestling with possibly playing New Jersey in the NBA today. Going to give it some time and think it through before deciding whether to post or not.

Good luck today on your plays. Never worry about plays gone by. There will be thousands more ahead in your future and you will never remember the missed play today.

Glad we're on the same side with Purdue and Pitt. Understand not being able to go against the Tigers.

Currently watching the WGC. Believe it or not, I happen to be in the right place at the right time yesterday when one of the books posted the line wrong on the Woods/Love match. I got Woods at +230 instead of -230. Problem is Love is 1 up through the first 18. Karma?

Good luck today with your plays.

oldmanted, do you know for a fact that the book kept your play at the wrong line? Many places will void your bet, you might want to call up and make sure your play still stands and will stand if Tiger does win.....

Yes, they took the bet and then corrected the line. They will honor the bet as posted win or lose. Of course, I need Tiger to perform a little better then he has so far today. He has never had the lead and has saved many putts to get a half.

ted, this is interesting...I have been chastized a few times in the main threads for pointing out my beleifs that the bookmaker needs to be more accountable...

some (mostly mod's) have responded that betting into an 'error' line is equivalent to stealing...personally I feel this is an exageration & I also feel that the books need to be responsible for what the put out there...what is your take on the situation? Have you read the threads involved where I have had these discussions?
