My pleasure. Great to see you along with Wisconsin and Georgia Tech and good luck on Cleveland and Minnesota and Jimmy Johnson(?). I know next to nothing about auto racing but wish you the best today.

***always shope for the best available line*** IMHO this is paramount to success. I also beleive that if you missed it, as tough as it is, you should lay off the game...Perfect example is yesterdays NCAAB basketball card with two .5 winners...sloppy shoppers may have actually lost those two games....

Today is a perfect example of what I was referring two the other day...there are 5 or 6 cappers here I am very impressed with...it is interesting to write down all of their plays on peice of paper when they are posted...then sit back & watch the line movements...You will miss alot of games, but when you do play you will have good value...Of course I cap my own games & play them, but my obsession for action always drives me to play other's capped games...Many read these threads who do not have the time to cap. THis strategy is helpful them....It is for this reason that I have started posting my own capped games in the NHL & NBA threads...I want to see if I would turn a profit playing my own games ONLY

ted do you keep paper records or do you use computer programs such as excell to track for you?

I see you are from Washington. When the line first came out and I noticed such an odd game, meaning a non-conference game in the middle of the late conference season, my initial sense was to take the points with the Huskies. But, that being said, in my handicapping, this game falls under a category of neither an opinion or a lean. Sorry that I can't give you a more firm answer but it is an honest one. Good luck to you in whatever you decide to do with this game or any other. Nice to see you post a question. Please feel free to do so anytime.

Great line shopping. As you can see, the line has moved back up a bit. Continued success on your own personal posting as well as the use of forum cappers that you respect. Whatever it takes to have success in your battle with the books. Regarding your question as to my records, I generally use Excel to track my plays but sometimes this oldman gets a little tired and falls behind a bit. So often times I will print out my plays and keep that in a folder and update my spreadsheet at a later date. I also keep all current updated rotation schedules and if I fall behind use the archives of all games from www.donbest.com. Good luck to you today.

Actually, I do not use a local as over the years, prior to offshore, the various locals that I used stopped accepting my action. Remember, the books are in business to make money. If you are beating local books year after year, they are going to first limit your action and then ultimately cut you off. Such was the case for me. Following that, all my business was done via Las Vegas where I had numerous runners which now is a bit more difficult but still can be done provided you're careful. Today most of my action is offshore and I have said a number of times before in these forums that I have many, many outs because my bankrolls, one for each sport, must be spread around in order for me to be able to complete my plays and try my best to stay under the radar. Thus I have to break down my plays. The outs I use are those considered the most secure in the industry which most of us know. Security is the most important thing to me. Low vig is as well. Bonuses are not as important to me. I have been asked to take my business elsewhere already at certain outs, so expecting a bonus for me is not realistic. I hope that answers some of your questions. Good luck today with your plays.

You're welcome and good luck with you play. If you move to California, you may see me one day and not even know it.
