Funny, I give my wife 10% of all my winnings at the conclusion of each season and sometimes a bonus on a strong play like today. Maryland came from 20 down at half to get within 3 but couldn't hold for the cover. I'm on the Wolfpack tonight. The pattern of home teams winning is incredible. Every game today the home team has won and covered which has been a consistent pattern throughout February. You know I respect Duke as I chose them to win the National Championship in your thread. For the last two weeks approximately 90% of the games that I have lost have been when I've played conference road favorites. Examples from yesterday included Kentucky, Georgia Tech, and Texas. I would have to look back and tally up the last two weeks, but the pattern is undeniable in the big conferences. That being said, Duke is an entirely different animal, which is why I believe they will win the National Championship. They are the only team, and perhaps Stanford, that is good enough to buck this trend. Should be an interesting test tonight. Let's see how good the Wolfpack is in this situation.
