Weather update on Purdue/ND is accurate with what was predicted. Cool no clouds in the sky and sunny. I don't know condition of field but assume in good working order as they have Pat turf. Notice number is down to 50-50.5 does that concern you? I don't think ND wants to get into a shootout here and defense may be the order of the day.

If you note my comments when I released this play, I stated that the number on this game could very well go up or down as there are two ways to play this game. It still is my belief that Purdue must use it's aerial game to win this game and Notre Dame is more then capable of being successful in the air against a Purdue defense that gave up 30 points last week to Illinois. The change in the number doesn't surprise or concern me. The style of play will, as you said be the key.

Since the day has been going better then one can normally expect, I had mentioned there was one late game that I had been considering. Have decided to post this play as the line is now continuing to move back in my favor. Briefly, Arizona State is essentially without it's entire starting and back-up running backs in this game and although QB Walter is quite capable and the defense is playing well, believe playing on the road in this spot may be difficult to overcome being one dimensional. Hence,
