Ted, thanks for the kind words. If I remember correctly, I think that yousaid that you graduated from Cal-Berkley. My youngest brother graduated from U Fla and then got his masters from Cal-Berkly. Cal guys have to stick together and I think that we are very close in age. As Mort Olshan once said "Its great to be alive and ahead by seven" Mort, this game is for you! LT

Superbowl Sunday has finally arrived and with it will bring the effective close of this year's football season.

Its refreshing to see two class guys like co-captain and ted and not to mention any names but I don't understand all the bashing that goes on around here. Are we not all trying to accomplish the same thing?

ted, i like carolina over 7.5 for the 1st half but im not playing any props, ive been in a businesslike groove and not going to get out of it today. i had the pitt/bos under 5.5 and oklahoma+4.5 today for 2 winners, now im just going to play the panthers +7 for my normal $200 play and get ready for tomorrow..

Ted, You're a true class act, and a solid capper as well. I generally like to look at the fundamental matchups of a game then decide how much weight(if any) to give to systems, trends, situational factors, etc. Your well written opinions are insightful and well thought out.
I'm glad you decided to stay. You're a valuable member of this community, IMO.
How bout them covering Cats. Shame they had to lose like that, but they damn sure were game.
