No, I don't think a guy that commits assault should be executed. Is it disgusting? Sure. Do I hate it? Sure. Execution is reserved for those who commit murder. Rape and pedophilia is horrible as well? Do guys who commit those crimes deserved execution? I guess in certain circumstances. A felonious assault? No.

And your way of thinking is way beyond what I understand as well. We just can't execute people in this world. It's not how it works.

it is actually exactly how it works. that sucker punch could have very well killed her. is that assault or attempted murder? if you're going to commit crimes then you don't belong in this world. that scumbag kid is a terrorist. treat him like one and remove him from what should be a peaceful society

Law isn't based on what might have happened. It's based on what actually happened. Punching a person is not considered attempted murder in the eyes of the law. It's considered assault.

Hey look, people commit crimes. I don't like it just like the next guy but that doesn't mean they should be executed. The lady stealing to feed her kids doesn't belong in the world? Come on now. The kid is not a terrorist. He's a troubled youth, probably without any mentors, father or family structure that needs to go to jail.
