In an amusing aside from Tim Dorsey's latest novel "Atomic Lobster", he's got some 70something lady characters who let us in on a little known secret.
That is - older drivers aren't running over groups of people because they're neccesarily more feeble.
Rather, they're exploiting stereotypes so that they can kill the people who make them angry (slow packs of bike riders, smart ass young people etc) and then afterwards get off the legal hook by playing the "I'm confused!" card.
