OKAY! We need a list of the safest offshore books, NOW!

I mean no disrespect to you but I would like to ask where could anyone get the info that would back a list of "safe outs"?? Whithout any FACTS how can this list even exsist? We know that not a single poster has access to any info that would prove a book was 100% safe

What qualification does a book have to have to make the list?

If the list consist of books that NEVER stiffed then I think your list is missing ALOT of outs.

Does a book that takes all action, any size, never boots winners mean the outfit is safe?

Is a book that operates in a country that so called regulates online gambling mean they are 100% safe?

IMO any book at any time can fall vitim to the elements, I don't give a shit how deep their pockets are.

I am makign a list from the consensus here. If anyone, even 1 person, has had any payout problems with any of the books that make the list, then I will look furhter into it. Find out what happened. If the player has a legitimate beef then that book may come off the list.

This list is not a blanket list. It can not be full proof. But it at least will give the player a road map for finding an offshore book.

You can be confident that if you are a player at one of the books on the final list, you will have no problems with payouts.

BHB has NEVER had a payout problem.

BHB (the name) has only been around for a couple years, but are partnered with a book that has been around for 7 years. And is one of the first to operate in Panama with more than 200 employees. Panama is very regulated, thats why theres not 200 books there.

Add my old local book to the list! The old guy has been booking since college players wore leather helmets. Has'nt stiffed a player in his life, but keep in mind he is pushing 80 and tends to be a bit forgetful at times.

They have big vig on US sports,it makes sense that one mentions them in a US forum

As far as I know, Centrebet don't even accept US customers. And their vig is the "standard" 1.90 on each side.

But we're talking safety now and Centrebet should be on MadCapper's list!

MC, I can tell you that I have always been paid by Blue Marlin in a timely , prompt fashion and I have never seen one complaint of a late payment or no pay.
