For me I'd have to say my favorite "go to" snack is the reduced fat cheez-it snack crackers. Just the right amount of salt and crunchiness. I think the reduced fat brand makes it a bit more crunchy IMO, and makes me feel better in that I'm not getting as fat at a faster rate as I normally would.
