OJ Guilty or Innocent?

There was one time when I had something come up missing in my home.

There was a person there around that time and everything, and I mean everything, added up that I was 100% certain that person was the one who did it.

I would have bet my life on it.

Turned out that it wasn't and I just couldn't believe I was wrong because it looked guaranteed.

I'm guessing some of you have had something like that happen at least once in your life.

This is my opinion of this case.

Might look bad but as KingEleven said, the verdict says he was innocent...

A not guilty verdict does not mean innocent.

Certainly doesnt mean guilty.

Vitterd you confuse me my friend.

Normally you are defending people of color, and in this case the opposite lol...??

I will defend anyone treated unfairly....it just so happens that is people of color most times. But I will point on idiots like Al Sharpton and Kanye West all day......OJ is worse of all because he butchered those people and walked free. It's obvious....blood, shoes, cut on his hand. Victims blood in his car/ bedroom. I mean, cmon.

Sometimes a jury will fuck it up. OJ, Casey Anthony, George Zimmerman...they all should be rotting in jail for murder.....but jury got it wrong. It happens but doesn't make them innocent.

The 1 single most important thing that people tend to forget is a person cannot (and should not) be convicted if there is any reasonable doubt.

More ppl should put themselves in those shoes.

If you know it looks like you're guilty because there several things that look bad, making it appear that you are indeed guilty, but only 1 or 2 things to prove that you are not, then thats when you realize how important it is they dont lock up ppl for life or execute them if reasonable doubt comes into play...

Reasonable doubt is one thing....it doesn't mean beyond the shadow of any doubt.

There was no reasonable doubt in this case. He was as guilty as guilty gets.

most of you guys all have jobs. everyone in our neighborhood didn't work, we watched the trial all day and then the talk shows at night.. we knew the
trial testimonies backwards and forth. my grandmother didn't miss a single minute the entire trial.. she voted for oj just like everyone else
that lived in our neighborhood .. outside the home in the evenings we would laugh at the prosecutors , discussing the daily testimony as the marijuana joints were passed and bottles were swigged .. get loaded , talking oj shit .. wake up th next morning and do it all over again.. that trial got all of us thru that year plus .. a better time wish anything i could go back.. my grandmother died very shortly after the trial.. she hated marcia clark.. called her an ugly bitch to anyone willing to discuss the trail with her

you too....it is available on espn.com I am pretty sure. That is how I watched it.

Some of it drags but it is pretty good overall. You being such an aficionado of the case some of it may just be stuff you already know.

Part 5 you will like. Post-trial years. Florida, his cokehead girlfriend, the memorabilia heist, signing autographs for $ and sheltering it from Goldman's.

Can I ask you a question?

Do you think it's fair if an undocumented illegal alien is awarded a college scholarship over a legal U.S. Citizen? Kind of curious to what your answer will be.

That is easy to answer.....the college or university can award scholarships to whoever they want.

This. Anyone who seriously thinks OJ didn't do it, simply because a Jury found him not guilty, in the face of overwhelming evidence, is quite naive. Of course he did it.
And conversely, sometime innocent people are convicted, and justice is served years later, by a confession of the actual criminal, new evidence, etc. The idiot Drumpf wanted to have the Central Park 5 get the death penalty when convicted. Years later they were freed. Our jury system is good, usually gets it right, but is hardly infallible.

Just like that idiot Barry convicted the officers in the Ferguson case before an investigation had started. He also jumped the ship when his friend was arrested or whatever and then ended up having him over for a beer.

"Barry" hardly convicted the officer in the Ferguson case. There's a big difference between what the idiot Drumpf did in the central park 5 case, and what "Barry" did, in trying to calm a situation caused by idiot Ferguson rioters. But nice try. :):)

Without OJ there would never be any Keeping up with the Kardashians. And Bruce Jenner might still be a man. So I'm pissed at OJ for many reasons...I hope he chokes on his jailhouse cookies.

I guess it depends on the situation. If a family comes over here and has a young child.....and they are undocumented.....if the child works hard and gets a scholarship on their own merit.....I'm fine with that. Are you talking about a specific example?

Personally I think it was a frame up. Mark Fuhrman might have planted that bloddy glove behind Kato's krib
