And by the way..OSU is the best 1 loss team in the nation. PERIOD. They've had the toughest schedule, More wins vs Top 20 teams than anybody else. Their only loss was in the rain at one of the toughest places to play in college.

I think its been established in article after article after the game that the call was correct.

Besides, everybody predicted we would lose by 2-3 TDs. How do you account for the fact that the game was tied at the end of regulation - BEFORE the call in question. I would think if they were going to blow us out by 3 TDs they would have proven their point in regulation.

Also, one quick point on Herbie. He has said many times off camera that he will say things on the air to try and motivate Ohio State. He gets paid by ESPN to be objective to a fault and he sometimes overcompensates so as to not come off as a HOMER. Anyway, those of us that caught him on the sidelines at the Fiesta Bowl knows all too well that he bleeds Scarlet & Gray. Both he and his father were both team captains.

SECPrphet, when did you play for Wisky...maybe we played against each other. I played at The Ohio State University three years ago. I was on the first team Tressel ever had. Can't say anything negative about the guy. He is the most prepared coach in the land. He knows more about football than Winkyduck does about jerking himself off, and everyone on here knows he is a top notch, "Master of his own Domain". The bottom line about this game is Ohio State's Defensive pressure will make Navarre make mistakes. He is basically a dumb QB. He pads his numbers against lesser opponents. I would have loved one chance at facing that panty waste. I would have made him cry worse than Winkyduck did the first time his boyfriend gave it to him up his ass

Osu #2 in bcs and with a win against um, we goto natl championship game and defend our title from last year and get the opportunity to prove all you c*cksmokers wrong.

i try like hell to be a nice person but vol, you are one phucking moron. you have, however, proven what i have been saying all along, ohio state's defense is tops. they won three games without scoring an offensive td!!!!
i hope ohio state is in the national championship game but if they are not, i would love for them to play tennessee. with the exception of last week and the alabama game, tennessee hasn't scored anything all year (23 points against duke?!?) and if they played ohio state, the buckeyes would absolutely shut them down. they would hold tenn to under 200 yards total offense. clausen wouldn't even make it through the first half. after we kicked the shit out of tennessee, what would you be crying about then. i'm sure it's cold up in minnesota, go play on a freshly frozen pond or something.

how can i say if there was a 4-team playoff last season osu wouldn't have won? because they wouldn't have! if there was a 4-team playoff last season - and it was comprised of: miami, osu, georgia and usc - the title game would have been georgia and usc (assuming they didn't play each other). trust me - usc was the BEST team in the nation at the end of the season last year and would have EASILY won a 4-team playoff at season's end.

as for this season - ohio state not only isn't the best 1 loss team in the nation (usc and lsu are both better - no questions asked and while they would lose to ohio state - i think even miami, ohio, would give ohio state a tough game - and YES - i know iowa creamed miami, oh - but that was the 1st week of the season). but there are a few TWO loss teams better than osu this season (michigan - as we will see saturday, georgia - if healthy, and maybe even texass - although since it would be a big game we know mack brown would gag as usual).

if sdsu didn't sell their game with osu back to the b(f)uckeyes - sdsu probably wns THAT game, too. as is - when a 30+ point dog outplays you - and should've won - that tells me all i need to know. osu is one of the 10 best teams in the nation - no argument there. but the 2nd best? NOPE! you can talk until you are blue in the face - or fingers - and NO ONE will (righfully so) believe you!

as you point out - get ready for some heat around Noon (PST) saturday - for you will get it. actually - you will get some before then - because "hail to the victors" will have this one in hand way before the end of the game!
