It's called beer can chicken and it's yummy. Make a rub from four ingredients at a 1/4 cup each- salt, pepper, brown sugar, paprika and cover the chicken with it inside and out. Drink 1/3 of the beer and insert can as shown. Put on a smoker or low heat area of a barbecue. cook until done.
