Years ago I was at a Texas game when a sudden intense storm blew through. They halted the game a while because of lightning and most people -- pretty much everyone except those of us dumb and in our 20s -- left the stands and went beneath the concourse. When they finally restarted most of the people like us who stayed out in the rain, and had been sitting in the end zone, had seats on the 50 that we refused to give up.
This may sound like a dumb question, but what the fuck happened to this Davis QB? i saw him play midseason and the guy looked unstoppable.. if anyone says they are playing a real defense tonight, you should be shot. Last 2 games, it seems like he doesnt even care to be out there.. IS it just me or did i miss something?
i realize they play in a shit conference, but tulsas defense sucks. i figured they would let some points up tonight, but putting 13 up on a glorified HS defense?
cant wait for Thursday, i hope teams will be excited to play for the ch'ship.. i really miss the time when there were like 8 bowl games. they should go back to that and make it a playoff and tell these suck-ass fucking teams to stay home.
