They all say they don't want to be asked or they withdraw when they know they're not getting it, doesn't mean much. There are plenty of dems in the mix. Good people all of them, but don't really think Strickland, Webb or Warner are top tier anything, though Strickland might have been a good strategic pick.
It's most likely going to be Evan Bayh, who was also going to be Hillary's pick if she won.
