I watched the Nato q/a he sounded worse than Bush. He had no idea what he wanted to say, and he said uh and um 1000 times while he thought of what to say to sound well versed and eloquent which he did not. At some points I thought he was just going to say nothing at all after the ummms, but he would finally find words even though they made no sense most of the time. He really seems like a talking head that has no clue.
