Now why don't you tell me which one of those goals requires a union before they can achieve it.

Here's a hint: none of them.

Next, ask yourself what the intent is of establishing collective bargaining. There's a reason the players want to be called "employees." Go ahead and put down the bottle of cheap Irish whiskey for a second and see if you can try to figure out what that reason is.
