Maybe he'll help Bibi end it

At the end of the day, it's all up to Iran and they've been tamed before

Hamas and Hezbollah are paid proxies for Iran. Their charters say there can be no peace if Israel exists. Peace can only be achieved if their money dries up. The hands of the puppet master must be chopped off

It's all about Iran

I don't think Netanyahu being in power has much effect on how long the war goes either, despite what polling may say.

Israelis want the job finished after the 7th, whether they will admit it to a pollster or not. No matter who is in charge.

As long as the "war" drags on he'll retain power.
The two a tied to eachother.

He's the last guy looking for peace.

I think their citizens are thinking its us or them right now, for better or worse

telling a pollster you want a ceasefire is a lot different than actually wanting one under current conditions

My point is more I don’t think Netanyahu is exactly rushing to end the war

He was in a pretty bad political predicament before the October 2023 attack

I do think he is just a power-hungry narcissist at the end of the day that has largely been bad for Israel. I know a lot of these guys have those traits, but he seems to be on the extreme end relative to most world leaders

Lasting peace means elections , the judiciary problem he brought on hasn't gone away..people were in the streets protesting just before the attacks

If he isn't around and it was someone else at the top, does the last 13 months go any differently though?

Hard to say. My guess is it wouldn’t be that much different

But wonder if 10/7 itself would’ve been less substantial or non existent with better leadership. That goes beyond Bibi though
