I am curious. How are these people going to prison ? In my beloved Chicago you can car jack and kidnap someone and not do a day in jail. In NYC you can throw people on subway tracks, ransack high end stores. Go through a Walgreens and CVS with a shopping cart. Be ID'd , arrested and not do a 5 days in jail. One more in NYC you can be charged with attempted murder on a police officer 4 times in 3 years yet still be waiting for a trial and will not do any time.
Don't think any of these ballot box stuffers are going to do anytime at all.
