Good luck with Worryfree---they're shooting 100% (2 for 2) on bending me over badly. Granted, they were flights from Mexico, but no other airline was having 3-5 f'ing hour delays out of there.

SW doesnt even leave out of Logan still does it? We have to go to Manchester NH. Although there is a lot less chaos at that airport.

Rob , and any others in the area , I have found that flying out of Providence is very convienient. Been to Vegas many times during the Summer, and have usually booked three weeks out b4 the WSOP. Never have paid more than $220.00 r/t (they have a non-stop early Sat. AM , and a non-stop coming back on Tues. that leaves Vegas at 1230 I think.

Have'nt checked fares yet, but althouth they will be pricier in the past, they usually announce a sale right after July 4TH , so I would wait til then and see what happens ...............It's a drive to the airport, depending where you are , but well worth it compared to Logan !!!

I used program sidestep. Its free, google for it. Find the loswest and go directly to site. Southwest not on it though. 300 rt best I could find from FL.

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but if you can't afford say $400 round trip to come to Vegas when you are getting two free nights worth about $300 or so, you probably shouldn't even be considering a trip. The flight should generally just be a moderate part of your trip budget, even with the room comped. Southwest airfares have definitely gone up, but the costs of a Vegas vacation have gone up even more.

There is nothing wrong with trying to bargain shop airline tix. Some of us have to rationalize cost with our significant other. Anyone computer savvy, no matter how much money they have, like to get things as cheap as possible. Hey we may save $100 on airline tickets and then blow $800 in a strip club, but still.

I didn't say you shouldn't try to save, but just sounds like some are basically saying if they can't get it for $X they won't come. Then again others are saying they will make it no matter what. Just a point to be made, be prepared to get screwed when you are here. Summer isn't a bargain time anymore and everyone knows how expensive lots of things have become. Even the gambling is jacked up now with crappy blackjack, high rakes on poker, and lousy payouts on video poker.
