Maybe no one had the total or maybe no one knows the rules...and maybe NIU wouldn't have kicked it...but when Toledo calls a timeout after 2nd down...and the 3rd run down is a holding penalty on NIU...the clock shouldn't be wound before the next 3rd down play. It totally negated the Toledo timeout and didn't even give the coach a decision to kick the FG for the over. Should have been around 20 seconds left.....how does no one notice that?
