We've had this argument at another time, but it isn't a joke at all. I find the people who score poorest like to say they are meaningless....They are a general view of someone's intelligence, not their work ethic. That's why people who are smart and lazy go nowhere in life.
well i think its more on the higher end this comes into play more
like obviously if somebody gets a 800 vs. somebody that gets a 1600 odds are very good the 1600 is gonna "do better in life"
as for sombody that gets a 1250 instead of 1500 can't really make that prediction too well.....
there are plenty of people that were fuck offs in high school that became very great things later in life after they grew up as well
plus intelligence is a weird thing to define....
someone who spends their entire life devoted to one subject but is pretty dumb/ignorant when it comes to many other things i think is less intelligent that is someone who is well rounded and has a very fundamental understanding of a wide range of subject matters
as for the go nowhere in life part......that's only to the eyes of the beholder....i'm a pretty lazy guy
i coulda had a high paying job by now and have more nice stuff slaving away working a 9 to 5 maybe a wife and kid to boot.....but i feel i've lived a fuller life to date being able to do what i want when i want and constantly studying on my own time a wide variety of subject matters....success in life should be based upon your own eyes....not society's....cause at the end of the day you have to answer to yourself not society
