Whether or not it's awful (it is) is not the point. You said Steele was taken off countdown because intermixing black females and black males on these shows was something ESPN was trying to get away from. Which makes zero sense.
I'm just pointing to an example proving that your assertion is false.
Steele was demoted because ESPN openly panders to the far left and she is contrary to that agenda.
Just a theory of mine why they took her off that show.. maybe it is , maybe it's not.. ESPN is making alot of changes,, maybe they thought the new SC ghetto talk would work..who knows what might be the reason.. I made the point earlier that you're seeing the pairings I mentioned as mainstream...can't deny that, so it was as good a guess as any..
It's not bad at all. If you liked His & Her's, which got solid ratings for a mid-day show on ESPN, you'll like SC6. If you didn't, you won't. Are demographics for a noon show the same as a 6pm EST show???? That's the question, and I assume the answer is no. The standard 6pm SportsCenter was failing too. People get their sports differently now and don't require SportsCenter like we did even 5 years ago. But they keep trying new things until something sticks.
