ST. LOUIS, Mo. — A woman is dead after she was beaten in her apartment. The man accused of killing Marcia Johnson, 54, was able to bond out of jail just before the beating. Now, Samuel Lee Scott, 54, has been charged with murder.
Marcia was found with a severe head injury on the night of April 9th inside a south city apartment on Wisconsin Avenue that she shared with her husband, Samuel Lee Scott. A family member found Marcia. She was rushed to the hospital, but police say she died five days later from her injuries.
The family member says Marcia, “Had brain damage, she suffered broken bones, ribs, multiple bones in her face.”
Scott was arrested and charged on April 5th with misdemeanor domestic assault for allegedly hitting Marcia on “the right side of her face with his fist” in January. The documents say he, “admitted having struck her.”
The court documents show Scott had been charged with misdemeanor assault for an attack in January. They also reveal that he was able to bond out of jail on April 9th with the help of a group called “The Bail Project.” That is a national organization with an office in downtown St. Louis. Their website says, “We pay bail for people in need, reuniting families and restoring the presumption of innocence.” His bail was $5,000, cash only.
The court documents say that “after being released on April 9th, the defendant, (who is Scott), approached the victim of the Domestic Assault 4th charge, (who was Marcia), and repeatedly struck her in the head.” The documents reveal that Scott’s bond was revoked and that he is now under arrest and being investigated for Domestic Assault 1st Degree. The motion to revoke Scott’s bond which was filed prior to Marcia`s death says that the April 9th attack left Marcia with “life-threatening injuries.”
We have reached out to The Bail Project for a comment but have not heard back. The site manager for the St. Louis Bail Project, Mike Milton, gave a statement to our partners at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. He called the situation a “heartbreaking tragedy” but went on to say that “it is crucial to remember that bail didn`t cause this tragedy.”

An example would be a $100,000 BMW being operated by 6 young black kids with bandanas on their heads, cruising around a White neighborhood at 2 am. Something ain't right even if the car doesn't come up stolen, yet. The cop knows there is a violation here, you'll get pulled over and checked out for weaving, ill eagle turn, etc.
In small town CT, you can't drive at 2 am without getting pulled over, technicalities like probable cause mean nothing !

My gym used to be a clean nice place and then political correctness became a movement and you had to prove what a non racist you were. To do that you offered incentives to get the blacks here. Now they are here and crime is up and the place is dirty. Small microcosm on what happens when they are included among normal contributing members of society.
Discounted memberships off of their " income level" which of course is govt subsidized so they free shit from the govt and free membership at gym. Seriously, used to be clean and crime free now the dumbass homeboys have broken out car windows and have went around the locker room trying to open lockers of people that maybe put stuff in locker but didnt lock it.

ZIONSVILLE, Ind. – After a two-day bench trial, a judge found a 23-year-old Indianapolis man guilty of murder in the death of an 82-year-old Zionsville man in 2016.
On Sept. 8, 2016, John Clements was getting his mail in the middle of the day when he was shot and killed in his driveway. The killing appeared random and set off a search for the shooter that included lockdowns at area schools. However, police were unable to find the suspect.
Several days later, on Oct. 4, someone fired shots at IMPD Northwest District headquarters. On Oct. 13, shots were fired at IMPD North District headquarters.
Police suspected Damoine A. Wilcoxson in connection with the shootings at the IMPD headquarters; he fired shots at police during his arrest on Oct. 31. Forensic testing on shell casings confirmed that the same gun was used in all four locations—Clements’ shooting in Zionsville, the two IMPD headquarters locations and the area where Wilcoxson was arrested.
Subsequent investigation found that the vehicle seen leaving the scene of Clements’ murder was linked to Wilcoxson, who was in possession of the gun used at all four crime scenes. His cell phone was also a key piece of evidence because it contained text messages, photos and GPS information that connected him to the Zionsville murder.

“This was a highly complicated case with four different crime scenes, hundreds of pieces of evidence, 50 plus civilian, law enforcement, and scientific witnesses from multiple agencies and counties. The inter-agency cooperation was crucial in obtaining the evidence necessary to result in a successful prosecution,” said Boone County Deputy Prosecutor T.K. Morris.
“The Clements family and the Town of Zionsville were rocked by the senseless broad daylight shooting of Mr. Clements. Hopefully, this verdict will help heal this heartbreaking loss,” said Boone County Prosecutor Kent Eastwood.
Wilcoxson was previously convicted in Marion County in the shootings targeting the IMPD headquarters and was sentenced to 37 years in that case.
He’ll learn his sentence in the Zionsville case during a hearing on March 22.

Again, I blame this on the parents. They didn't teach their daughter anything... and she ends up getting raped by a Shaqweele. Instead, she got years of fake television ads, diversity training in school.... but b/c her parents didn't teach her about reality, their daughter got raped.
