People are always super cool to me because of my body of work
over the years and how much $$$$$ I have made them. But I just
focus on the here and now today. I'm up several units for Baseball.
So some of my friends think I'm over reacting over nothing. But the
mini slump ovet the last week combined with the personal life
distractions have me concerned. I don't worry about losing a wager.
But I don't want a blind follower losing a wager if a mini slump continues.
This is from a 'geezer' and fellow lantzman who has been handicapping for over fifty years. Gambling and female relationships are agonizingly difficult and complex. Good handicapping takes an enormous amount of time which women often will not accept or tolerate. It often leads to prevarication and mistrust. It's cost me two marriages and a very substantial long term relationship. It may just come down to what is more important to you; the rush and challenge of being successful in sports gambling or the attraction of a good women and family. Only you know what is going to ultimately 'fit' or maybe you will be one of the very few who meets a women who understands all of the trials and tribulations of 'the life you have chosen'.

Hahaha this is great... you're the man. Brush off the slump, bud... nothin' more than a lil variance... keep pluggin' away and good things will happen. Win or lose, we all value your opinion a lot and appreciate you sharing everything. The day I fade a Kevy play will be the day I tail a Lang play....
