In the fog of chaos, its easy to think this or that, and sometime's people as witnesses are right and sometimes they're wrong. At the end of it though, you either believe that local officials along with federal officials are involved in a massive cover up, or they aren't. Really that's what you have to ask yourself. They're all in on it, (or a lot of them are), or maybe there actually was only one shooter in spite of the fog and chaos.

I can't imagine how much panic, chaos and confusion was taking place. I am sure there was much 'mis information' taking place during those few minutes. But many people in the crowd were specifically told by security "don't run that way, there is a shooter over there too, stay down" claiming they felt barricaded inside and trapped

It is possible they were wrong, the shooters vantage point allowed him to have a long reach to multiple areas. I am sure not many people knew immediately where the gun fire was originating from but many people who were running for their lives are saying they thought there was at least two shooters.

all this is true, I'm sure some people may have thought there were several shooters, but my point is this. If there was a second or third or multiple shooters, somebody (read a lot of them), will be saying "we saw another shooter" and "this is where he was"

in the fog of chaos people will absolutely be confused, but when the dust settles it's about eyewitness accounts

It is impossible to say from that video clip the shooting was from anywhere but the Mandalay Bay.
Tall buildings with lots of flat area around, sounds echo. Then consider the height at which he was shooting from.

I would imagine it would be very tough to pinpoint exactly where the sound was coming from even if you were right under it.

Very Well Said. All that ever comes out of these exact same Massive Conspiracy lanes that get presented after each and every Tragedy is....when boiled down....the same IP Addressees at the Source of the claims. Which then lead to the same poorly maintained Trailers occupied by Hoarders up to their knees in discarded Pizza Boxes, Beer Bottles, Old Newspapers, other Trash and several emaciated & Flea Infested Cats.

Not saying that describes anyone who has shared these "people's" stuff they've made up so as to get ANYone at all to interact with them....I mean The Source(s) of this stuff.

Maybe those gunshots that sounded far away were the shots fired inside the hotel at the security guard, and the loud shots were being fired outside the building.

LOS ANGELES -- Authorities say the brother of Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock has been arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of possessing child pornography.
An FBI spokeswoman confirmed to CBS News that federal officials assisted the Los Angeles Police Department Wednesday in arresting Bruce Paddock. An official told the Associated Press that the child porn case predates the Las Vegas shooting. It wasn't immediately known if Bruce Paddock has an attorney.

</figcaption></figure>Bruce Paddock is not considered a suspect in the Las Vegas shooting. He is charged with possessing more than 600 images of child pornography, as well as 19 counts sexual exploitation of a child.
In a press release, the Los Angeles Police Department said the investigation began after evidence was discovered inside a business where Bruce Paddock had been squatting after being evicted.
"At the time of the initial investigation Paddock was a transient and could not be located," police said.
Fifty-eight people were killed and hundreds more were wounded in the shooting Oct. 1 at the Route 91 Harvest Festival on the Las Vegas Strip. Authorities say Stephen Paddock opened fire from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay casino-hotel tower and then took his own life.
Another brother, Eric Paddock, spoke to media following the shooting but Bruce Paddock did not.
Bruce Paddock is being held at the Los Angeles Police Department's Metropolitan Detention Center. His bail is set at $60,000.
