Does the NIT want some big names, power conferences, now?
Florida as opposed to GW?
Georgia Tech as opposed to San Diego State?

Well I am inclined to take FLA +2 and GT + 5 for this and other reasons... double bet on FLA.

I think it's silly to take teams based on their name. The NIT has no control over which teams go to the finals. The only way they can try to control which teams make it the furthest is through seeding. I do like your picks but for matchup reasons rather than your angle.

They do not want Valpo-BYU-GW-SD St.
They want a few power schools.
EITHER way, GW is soft, FLA should overpower them athletically, they seem to be focused.
Like GT ACC team on a roll with all those points, just do not like a long road trip, 2000 miles, played Monday, it is a tough gig.
Thus the double bet on FLA and just a regular on GT.
