Kings have got all the bounces and calls and needed OT

that wasn't goalie interference??
thought the puck went in well, before an contact was made, but the way Henrick was flopping around and diving this game to get penalties, i'd say karma bitch slapped his ass.

you aren't being objective on this point but you are certainly not the first. Game 3 will be interesting.

No I sure ain't, no shame here. The goal shouldn't have counted, but I've seen ten time worse that did. And Henrik did dive in OT behind the net faking an injury like he was in the NBA to get a call, Nash also being a Nancy. And if you don't see the Karma, in what happened to Price, and now all of sudden Ranger fans don't like goaltender interference.

Game three is going to be war zone, which is just how I like it.

it was a slash on Lundquist behind the net and it was interference on their goal. having said that, kings never give up and kudos to them for three 2-goal-comebacks in two games. its still going 7 though

As a Hockey fan I used to want to see it go to game 7, or at least go deep, but not anymore. It gets to me when the common sports talk or sports tv narrative is how hockey is irrelevant, instead of covering the stories. Any now I have to stomach those same east coast sports guy's now say how their Rangers have better fans and tha hockey LA is irrelevant cause they got the better ratings 10.0 vs 8.0 in LA, but fail to mention how game 1 a home game in LA, took place during rush hour traffic while everyone on the west was trying to get home and missed the game cause fair weather fans on the east coast wont stay up to watch the games.

Everyone wants to whine about bad calls, or that the refs gave L.A. game 7 in Chicago which is not what I saw. Truth is Kings have had just as many or more bad bounces and bad calls go for and against them that's why they all went 7 games. The difference is instead of whining when things don't go their way, they man up, and that's why they win.

The narrative of no fans in L.A. in the media is getting old, how about reporting the actual story, and giving the stars of these game their due.
Staples last night set records for ticket sales, concession stands, and jersey sales. I really want to see the sweep now, and watch the Kings hoist the Cup in NY. Let them eat crow!

apparently the kings never give up how many times have they been down in a game or series this year and won. That is what its all about in the playoffs being mentally tough this is why i love the playoffs it is such a grind physically and mentally its awesome

Both these plays were dives in OT, and Kings still won cause thats what winners do. Henrik was barely touched and goes flying back, and is miraculously fine seconds later not the first time wont be the last time for him. And Nash forget about it, he was hit by the invisible man.

luc robitaille said before the game last night he was so happy to see kids playing road hockey in LA yesterday. I watch the Canadian feed so I rarely listen to the stuff you mentioned that is being discussed. The ratings thing doesn't really interest me either. It is what it is.

As far as whining goes, I ain't. I am just calling it like it is. I like both these teams with a slight edge going to NY because their coach used to coach my Canucks. The only team I am not wanting to win any game is Toronto.

Who deserves to be up 2-0? Ya the Kings. A great story this post season. Could it have been 1-1 or 2-0 NY heading to the Big Apple? Sure. 1-1 easily. There is still a lot of series left with both the first 2 going into OT lets not forget. Game 3 might be the best game of the series so far. Hard to believe it could get any better.

like the announcer said ... "williams did change his path" and that is interference but yes Nash did embellish it for sure. I would given Williams a penalty for sure because it was, but I also would have given Nash 2 for unsportsmanlike conduct. Maybe. Nash was gonna blow by Williams and he interfered with him. The video proves it. Also Reno, come on now, your captain Brown draws more penalties than anyone in the nhl. Like one announcer said .."no wonder he plays in hollywood"

As far as the one on Carter and Lundquist, are you drinking? He first slashed him and then puts a shoulder to him? Both are penalties and he's lucky he didn't get 4 minutes. Did Lundquist embellish it? Ya but that doesn't take away from what Carter did.

The play on Lundqvist was a slash and should be a penalty but was embellished (big time) which is what a dive is, he looked like a soccer player with the belly flop. The Nash play wasn't even a penalty, and fell well after contact, which is what embellishing is, both plays were embellished, which is what diving is, like what they do in soccer.

Lost my point, my point is that bad calls happen all the time, I'm not complaining or making excuses on these plays, that's just hockey, just pointing it out that it goes both ways, Rangers had just as many chances but fail to cash in.

no argument there. I couldn't believe they whole team didn't beat the fuck out of Carter after the slash and shoulder into Lundquist. The NY player just staked up to him and did nothing but watch. That is where NY lost the game. They should have all gone after Carter. Stuck up for their goalie.

Don't make me post Dustin Brown youtube diving videos. There are so many.

Good luck Monday . If NY wins Monday, we are going back to LA tied at 2

Yes they should have gone after Carter but were scared cause it was OT and they were about to go on the PP. I have a feeling things are going to get ugly at Quicks end in the next game. And yes Brown has done his share of flopping, and no I CAN"T BE OBJECTIVE, I'm too emotionally attached to this team, and should probably take a xanax for ups and downs these playoffs have brought.

Check out this ad Will Ferrell put up on 7th avenue in New York City, I'd be mad if it was the other way around, but love it!
