"coming off a bye week i think Philly might have a little let down in this one"
All week in Charlotte we've had radio interviews with Philly players who've said this game has been circled since it came out. TO has already gotten in the head of Ricky Manning and the ball hasn't been kicked off yet. Philly is pissed over last years embarrasing loss in the NFC Champ game and some trash that was talked during it. Carolina's so-called best D line is next to last in run defense and with injuries they'll not put any pressure on McNabb. In addition they're 28th in run offense which means they're loosing the line battle on both side of the ball.
The only way I can see them covering is if Philly gets overhyped and makes mistakes from just trying too hard. Otherwise:

Well I tried to make my point Bear...but I was at Lincoln Financial Field and I will say that the Panthers did move the ball at times. BUT this is a different Eagles team and with all the injuries to the Panthers there is NO WAY I would've touched this game unless it was on the Eagles.
We looked damn good today...as we have every week this year. Andy now 6-0 off a bye. It's hard to justify playing against them. Birds are on a mission this year!
