Thanks for posting united. Gl this week, i hope you do well!! After reading everything, i like ATL & Detroit total alot. As far as the seattle total goes, i think its completely dependent on how cam newton handles the pressure & aggression of the hawks D. If he is able to get outside the pocket and have success running, uh oh... could be ugly for seattle. I actually like the panthers to cover, and think they will need to score 28 or more to achieve that, it will be close on both the side & total IMHO.

-ville

Thanks for your thoughts Ville. It could be a high scoring game as Seattle is definitely wanting to get things going on offense. I just that their best offense will be provided by the defense and that crowd. Seattle is 9-1 SU in its last 10 games at home for a reason. Strong home field advantage as we both already know. I didn't play the side as like you the points are a lot to give this fine Carolina team off to a tremendous start. I'm probably wrong, as I've been wrong a lot this season, but I expect a fg game just because of Seattle's struggle with the offense and the Panthers will struggle with this crowd and a fired up D. Low scoring game is what I need and I hope Carolina covers for you.

Houston Pick @ Jacksonville (2)

Both teams standing at 1-4 and the game line is a pick the winner. I think Houston is the better team, especially with Bortles and the sore shoulder. If Watts gets to him, or should I say when Watts get to him, his shoulder may be more than sore. Houston has owned Jacksonville and are 7-2 SU in its last 9 games when playing Jacksonville. They were small fav's over Indy, while Jacksonville was getting 9 at one time, then down to 4 1/2. The Colts most likely will be going down this Sunday, and are not the team they were last year. So this game becomes even more important with a chance of gaining a full game on the Colts and both teams still play the Colts one more time. Houston started to run the ball much better last week with Foster looking really good at times. And if they don't start Hoyer then that's the coaches fault. He will eat up the Jacksonville pass defense. I could be wrong , but looking for a really fine outing by Houston this Sunday.

Pats -7 @ Indy -120 (2)

Oh how this hurts me to make this play, but know doubt the Colts are the dogs in this game. I don't even know where to begin to try and explain my reasons. They are all so obvious and the home field may be some advantage how do they stop this offense with Brady at the helm? And all of a sudden the Colts are going to be able to stay up with them on the scoreboard with or without Luck. New England is 5-0 SU in its last 5 games when playing Indianapolis and are an amazing 17-2-1 ATS in its last 20 games when playing on the road against Indianapolis. So much for home field advantage. SO both teams can use the deflate thing for extra fuel in this game. I mean the Colts cried and the Pats have the chip, but my god, after this first 5 weeks and the Colts situation it would take a perfect game and a off game, way off, by the Pats, for the Colts to win this game. Now this is the NFL and it's at a primetime so anything can happen and the Colts may even cover this spread, but I don't think so!

So there you go FlyEaglesFly and Saints Fan, against the Colts! And it hurts to have to root for the Pats of all teams, sorry Pats fans, I do think the Pats are the best team that I've seen so far this season.

Hoyer lit up the Colts defense last week......the only mistake Hoyer made was the int. at the end of the game.

Hoyer is 10 times the Qb Malett head is......like you stated, it would be a terrible mistake by the coach if Hoyer didn't start.

Well explanation; and we have two teams that still 5-0 OVER; Cleveland and Arizona.

I just figured I screwed up again. I never thought I'd see the day when the Browns are 5-0 on the o/u. Should be interesting with that Denver D and a so far a off year for Manning.

good luck T & J

United, what you think about Denver game? Take a look at their schedule.

Cleveland made the lean side for me but afraid of Manning breaking out a game. Didn't Cleveland qb get nicked up, blank on his name, the old timer, but Cleveland or no bet for me in this one.

Just retire. Make this your full time job. I retired. I might have to find a part time job if I keep losing to pay for my gambling habits!

Just kidding, get em this week. I may ride your team again this week, yet.

Manual actually played as good if not better in preseason like buff at home as well. GL this week.

Ketch, I sure hope so but that was 6 weeks ago. I think will be fine though, or I mean I hope he will be fine. I really mean us backing Buff.

good luck

Denver is a covering machine this year & Manning looks like an 80 year old man out there......its their defense that's keeping them in the game & winning it for them.

Denver would clearly be a 2-3 or 3-2 team w/o their defense.

But, I'm also waiting for that break out game by Manning......its just a matter of time before he puts up 6 TDs on someone......also, maybe he's keeping his best for the Packers in 3 weeks on Sunday night in Denver.

I watched it all. Very fortunate for the Colts on that last play because they couldn't stop him. How in the world are they going to stop Brady and Co?

Like the gutsy SD pick! Think Gates & Rivers keep this one close too. Oline is still a mess, but Rivers adjusts like no other to poor oline play.

Man, I feel it in the innards that your Colts keep this close, & possibly pull off the upset. Talking heads are just all over the deflategate revenge angle & IND has been hearing that ALL week. Plus w/LT Solder out for the yr, that's Brady's blindside protector. You know stadium will be rocking, & Luck has this gm circled.

Super hard luck on ATL. They did EVERYTHING they could to lose that gm. Special teams, "D" penalties, & fumbles. Ryan was under pressure all night, but ATL had a lot of dropped passes. Think short wk killed the Falcons in that one.

BOL bud, hope you hit em all!
