heh I thought you might say something like that. O.K. yeah Denver out-played them I suppose, didn't see the game though in the Bay Area. Crazy weekend. I got smeared. So what makes you take a team for a half rather than the entire game? Looks like you might like taking a dog for the game or the faves for the 1st half. Makes sense, as sometimes a team gets sloppy after securing a lead... My vikings pick, the only one I hit today, lol, would have lost 1st half, but I woudl have won two others if I took the 1st half rather than the game. Raiders and Titans both covered the 1st half I think.
Oren--Usually I will take a favorite in the first half if the line for the game is 3 or more, and if I like a dog I will usually play them for the game, but not always. My logic is that it matters what happenens in the first half, but not always the last 2-5 minutes of the game. The Redskins would be a good example of this today. If the Skons were down by 6 and not 11 towards the end, then the Philly defense would of been much tighter and Washington probably wouldn't of scored. The Minn. backfired in the first half, but I did take them in the 2nd half at a more favorable line then if I had them for the game.
cool... maybe I'll try some 1st half plays, sounds logical. I see the Jets have a big match-up next weekend, although the Bills are only favored by 3. Maybe Bills -1 1st half is a good play. Alright I talked myself into it I'm takin' em. Guess I'll be a square 'til I die. anyways it was pretty painful watching the Raiders hand the game over to the Bears in the second half.

yeah I'm a little worried about the Bills offense but they should be able to handle the Jets, I hope. There's also a seemingly better line for Bills supporters coming up with the Bills apparently struggling against the Bungles today, but, the Bungles D is better this year so I see the line as a small gift. good luck with the 1st half I'm already chewing on 4 points of chalk for that one.
Oren---I have been down that road way too many times. Teams don't seem to give a damn when they are up by 21 with 4 minutes left. You would think they would win by atleast 7. That was a joke, just more of why I usually won't lay more than 3 on a game, shit like that. I feel for you man.
I actually had a two team teaser with the first side already complete and had the Colts on it + 12. I bet the Bucs -4 for the same amount as the teaser. It was looking like I would win the Bucs, and lose the teaser, then it looked like I had a middle, then as it turns out the juice man got me. It sucks. A pick I thought about playing was action points on the over, but I didn't do it.

I don't know if I'm willing to risk losing any money betting on this bullshit. Jesus I can't win a bet over 3 units, I don't ****ing get it. Last year I ****ing won a 5 unit bet and Sportinteraction stole it from me. Maybe I'll lay low for a while and see how it goes making 1 unit bets. I would have taken the 1st half because what you said made sense and the Bucs fat-ass linemen always get tired at the end of the game, but it was too late. ****it. I like Miami over the Jags next week, why is that line only 3?
