Good write ups......that Skins game is tough for me because of how dismantling the Skins are supposedly.

Miami is going up while Skins down.......but week 1 is usually off the wall not knowing what's going to happen.

I see you're an Eagles fan.......what do you think of the Monday night game vs Falcons?

Good luck this season!

Gotta play for you for the Eagles game.

Philadelphia/Atlanta Under 55

I have already mentioned by admiration for Philadelphia's front seven. I know everyone feels that the pace of the Eagles offense is too fast and that will cause alot of scoring, but I disagree here. Both philly and Atlanta has improved their defense. Atlanta brought in Seattle's defensive coordinator Dan Quinn to run the show. Gotta love betting unders with defensive minded coaches. Quinn has had a lot of pull with personnel changes bringing in the versatile linebacker Justin Durant. Last year Durant was the Cowboys leading tackler before going down to injury in week 8. Fifth round selection Grady Jarrett was the steal of the draft, and pair that with first round selection Vic Beasley, Jr. You have a revamped dline. They also signed 6'3" 281lb Adrian Clayborn who played dend at Tampa last year. In the preseason this defense looks sharp, and are focused on making tackles and causing offenses to punt. I have a feeling Dan Quinn has turned around this defense by focusing all of his energy during the off season their.

The Eagles went back to the drawing board and picked up a corner with enough size to guard Julio Jones in Byron Maxwell. They also sured up their linebackers by getting Kiko Alonson for Shady McCoy. Demeco Ryans is back, and their second round rookie Eric Rowe and cornerback Nolan Carroll have both looked good in the preseason.

During my research I noticed the line has risen and every article talks about how easy this game will sail over. These are not last years birds falcons. Take the under as this game will stay in the forties. Falcons plan to start a rookie running back. Eagles starters have played about 15 snaps together in the preseason and will be a run first squad with murray and matthews. There will be opportunities to bet an eagles over, but not here.

Philadelphia Eagles -3 (-105)

I was trying to find an angle to take the falcons but I just can't back them here. Andy Levitre will start and was acquired a week ago. Center Person and Chester are new as well. Rookie running back for Atlanta. I see a both sides of the ball type domination. I have a feeling Atlanta will be held to less then 60 yds rushing. Eagles 34-16

Washington has spent the entire off season beefing up their oline and dline. Shit, Washington may have a better defense then Miami. They aren't going to let Lamar Miller run on them. So you expect Tannehill to beat them with his arm? Parker stills and Jennings? Ha. Come on man. Where you getting 24 in Washington? We should be asking how is Tannehill gonna stay upright with 330 lb pot roast after him

Ever heard of Jarvis Landry?

No time for long writeup so I'll be quick

1-2 on the year as Washington and new Orleans disappoint. Rams get the win.

I like Giants +6.5 -105 & Under 52

Steve spuagnolo should bring back the magic for this defense. That and Dallas atrocious running backs. Eli Manning licks his chops at Dallas terrible defense. Cowboys oline are great run blockers but how does that look when they have to pass block. I know beason is out but I just don't think Dallas has the talent in the backfield to take advantage. Close game staying below the number in my opinion. I see every tout is on the over and so is this entire forum. I'll feel better on the other side. Big game for Larry Donnell

Vikings -1.5

Losing Anthony Davis and Mike Iupati is gonna hurt this team against this dline. 49ers also lost Borland, McDonald, Justin Smith, and Patrick Willis on the other side of the ball. Last year Kaepernick had the leagues second highest sack rate. He was responsible for 15 turnovers. They also lost Frank Gore and crabtree. Minnesota had 41 sacks last year. I think Minnesota wins on both sides of the ball. They win by more then the number.
