What part is the overreaction? Him getting wasted? Possible hit and run from accident scene? Screaming and yelling towards family members? Possibly threatening suicide? Trying to knock down the father-in-law's door?

I agree the media overreacts all the time. But were they proven wrong with any of this reporting so far? If so, I've missed that I guess.

Yeah, so was I. Until I read that they had no choice. Apparently based on the laws there, there was no loophole around releasing him until he saw a judge. Not even with a posted bail.

And I know I know. Laws don't mean anything to these people anyway. So I'm not surprised by anything these days.

Yeah. With this case though, there is video evidence out there in public view that backs up much of the "victims" story. Sherman is seen on the door security camera going absolutely nuts. After seeing that, I'm gonna guess most of these "allegations" are true.
