Been a Giants fan for 60 years. Been through the Good, bad, ugly and everything else you can think of but a loyal fan nonetheless. 2-0 vs. Brady in Super Bowl will always be at the top of the resume. At least you're not a Giants fan..maybe this is the cowboys year...+1600 to +1800 to win it all..
I grew up in a small town in RI that is exactly halfway between Boston and New York. Half the town rooted for NY teams and the other half Boston teams. Watching a Red Sox/Yankees game in bars was wild and probably still is. I was a big Celtics and Bruins fan growing up so wasn’t strictly a NY teams guy. In fact the football Giants was the only NY team I liked. You bastards!
When i was a kid Bill Arnsparger lived nextdoor to us in Chappaqua his son david was my buddy, during the summers I'd go to Giants training camp with david at Pace college..we'd shag balls for the punter Dave Jennings mostly..some great memories.Been a Giants fan for 60 years. 2 and 1/2 I think. He was canned mid season. 7-28 record lol. I think Arnsparger lasted maybe 2 seasons?.horrible giants teams those years.

Funny. I was at a bar in upstate NY (Glens Falls) and there was a Red Sox / Yankees game on the tv. We (me and my Boston buddy who were up at Saratoga) assumed that the bar patrons would be rooting for the Yankees. Not exactly. Apparently where it's a little closer to Boston than NYC a lot of the fans up there were Red Sock and Patriot fans. I thought that odd. I'd figure New York state born would root for NYC teams. Not really. A bunch of guys there told us that they drove to Fenway at least once a season. Surprised me.I grew up in a small town in RI that is exactly halfway between Boston and New York.
