interesting for the dallas game...

"Some bettors would not consider this to be a major line move (fron -6.5 to .5) since it did not affect any of the traditional key numbers for NFL bettors which include 3, 7, 10 and 14. However, our research reveals that, since 2003, 5.58% of all NFL games have finished with a 6-point margin. That makes “6” the fourth most common margin of victory, which indicates that this 1.5-point line move is fairly significant."

Good stuff dog........I was looking over something about super bowl losers. Last time we had a team lose in the super bowl & make it back in the following year were the Bills in the early 90's.

It seems rare now a days for a team to lose & make it back......so with that said, Denver IMO won't make it back.

Everywhere I look & listen, its all about Flacco & the Ravens......every radio show I'm listening to, they ask who has the best shot st winning SU, & everyone is saying the Ravens.....

Belichick & Brady know this & will explode on the Ravens team.......huge revenge factor coming up!

the 1 vs. 6 trends you gave favor Ravens, no?

Yes, in that one trend/stat I posted......I have several trends & a system that favors the Patriots tho.......I also have some strong trends favoring the Pats that I haven't posted yet.

You our are breaking unwritten law of betting teasers. Never cross over the #0. You wouldn't bet the bronco unless you thought they are going to win. What do you need the 3 points for? They are wasted points and you are basically saying Indy might win. In which case why wouldn't you tease them up to 16?

I don't pay attention to unwritten laws.......I feel more comfortable with Denver +3........did you see Denver -7.5 last year win by 7 at home vs Chargers?

Because I tease a team across the 0, doesn't mean I think the Colts can win, those are your words.

I'm.teasing Denver in case they're up 10 & the Colts get a backdoor TD........

Thanks man.......yeah, I'm.liking the Patriots as well.......have them in several teasers & was thinking of a possible middle, not anymore, will ride out my Pats +3 & -6.5......

Dallas is my best bet of the week.......love them SU.

If I do well on the Pats & Carolina game, I'm betting more on Dallas ML

Good luck with your plays too man.......

Pats should take care of business.......I know Flacco is 3-0 ATS vs Pats, but I see a blowout here. The Ravens pass defense should get exposed by Brady.......not taking anything away from the Ravens, I was on them last week, but this is a new week with a new outcome.........
with that

Another interesting thing about the Dallas game for those talking about it:

I agree with OP, if Dallas comes out with the right game plan and plays hard like they have all year (I honestly think their defense has played from an effort standpoint, top level football - though they are pretty void of talent) they should win. The concern I have with Dallas is not with their players, but with Garrett. I think McCarthy is the far better coach, not sure if Garrett can pull this off (should be doable in this spot w this team). If their offense is clicking and no reason why it shouldn't be as GB is average versus the run, below average cover corners - so Dez/Witten/TWill/Bease/Romo shouldn't be stiffled much. Murray should run well also behind that massive line. The thing is defensively, because they have such a lack of talent in that defense, especially back 4 they HAVE to send pressure.

Rodgers is gimpy, make him move, I understand that will allow some big plays, but if you play GB straight up they will rape Dallas. If you give Rodgers time even on 1 leg or no legs he'll pick you apart he has a solid line and premier targets. They must pressure him all game long no exceptions, they may still give up 30 points, but that is fine because with pressure they will at least generate some stops - with the offense how it is v. that GB defense they should put up points all game. I envision a shootout win for Dallas if they win. The other thing pressure would do is make Rodgers move, puts him in harms way, possible aggravation and we all know they have no chance (GB) if Flynn is under center.

McCarthy v. Garrett is a key matchup that hasn't been discussed as much

I understand your concern with the coaches, but unless Rodgers is 100% healthy, I have no concerns......also, I wish he was healthy, I would have gotten a higher price on the ML......

Gbays coach is good, but he's nor the best.....Garrett beat one of the best in Seattle.

I could be wrong & Gbay blows them out, but I don't see it......Dallas should win by at least 7.

We can analyze this stuff until the cows come home, only thing it does is stress you out & makes your head spin.

Rodgers isn't gonna play at Seattle next week with a bad calf/leg......Seattle's defense will eat him alive.

Seattle vs Dallas next week in the rematch......only team to beat Seattle at home is Dallas......Gbay got waxed in Seattle.

Go Dallas!
