Haha, plenty of people could have "overseen" the organic growth that has taken place in his tenure. Plenty of people could do a great job of it moving forward, for a lot less than 40 large per year.

The NFL owners must like him. They probably could have paid him a lot more. It's a lot to Goodell, but nothing to the NFL. :hammerit
