would love this to get enacted then have a GM or coach leave after on his own a year or two later for a top college gig or another NFL team so his team doesn't qualify for a 3rd season

and when do we start favorable drafting for hiring women? wasn't it the 49ers that had a female coach this year? surely that should pick up steam.

or how about we just take care of this the right way and say if you hire a white male coach you're docked a couple spots each round, and a while male GM you lose a 3rd round pick. nothing like equality of outcome suggestions
