Not true. The defender definitely touched the Receiver. And impeded him from going after the ball. Multiple times, and while the ball was in the air. That's DPI. There were 3 penalties on the play. All against Dallas. 2 Should have been marked off, and Detroit should have had the ball on the Dallas 13.
