im not sure how the system works for ties at half, but based on the fact that one of the earlier games was tied at half and ECC made it a no play, I think

Personally I am playing SF 2nd half - like THEGAME9000 telling us SEA is 0-9ats on the road off a SU win of 20+ pts since 2001, and 1-12 ats on the road off a SU win of 10+ pts since 2005.
