I don't want Kerry to get elected. I'm all for Bush winning. It's enjoyable watching Bush get in quagmire after quagmire and the U.S. population voting him in and going along with him. No one is ever going to mistake the average American as intelligent that’s for sure.

YES GILIMAN KERRY DID THINK IRAQ HAD WMD'S

He now knows they don't and has admitted as much along with Tony Blair.

Bush on the other hand still believes they have WMD'S. We all now know the intelligence was flawed and who does Bush fire for this? How many heads rolled? Zero, One guy quits and Bush compliments him on a job well done.

Kerry would have fired the lot of them and is man enough like Blair is to admit a mistake.

You think Bush admitting he screwed up would show weakness.

I think him not admitting the obvious makes him look vulnerable and stupid. in the eyes of the world.

Bush is a lying piece of garbage becaus there were no chemical weapons or WMD'S in Iraq.
Are you saying Saddam never had chemical weapons and WMD's just didn't interest him? Go watch another Michael Moore film. He used chemical weapons on the Kurds about 12 years ago, so if he had them then, I'm sure he still had them when the U.S. decided to take him out. Remember "Chemical Ali"?

As far as WMD's go, Saddam and his mafia were actively trying to obtain nukes. Are we supposed to wait til he had them and used them on somebody to act? Maybe give Saddam the benefit of a doubt after 9/11? If he did have WMD's, he had plenty of time to move or hide them.

Either way, you LIBS need to get over this WMD's controversy and start living in the NOW instead of trying to figure out what should or shouldn't have been done 2 years ago. The decision to invade Iraq is already in the books. WMD's is only one on a list of reasons why removing Saddam from power was decided upon. Saying that we invaded solely because of WMD concerns is a myth created by the liberals and the liberal media in an attempt to over-simplify a very complicated situation in Iraq.

Hey....BEENASSF**KED...Your boy said that there were WMD's too...

Not that this will particularly matter to most of the Bushies ... but:

The intelligence that Kerry and the rest of the Senators and Congressmen used to assess Saddam's threat level was the evidence as presented to them by the Pentagon ... Feith, Shulsky, et al. Now, if you believe that the administration was completely impartial and objective in its analysis of the info from the CIA and did NOT try to dupe even its own mid-level Pentagon officials and Congress and the Senate, then fine. (I'd have to think you've had your head in the sand, but, I digress ...)

Otherwise, you should recognise the difference between an admin that manipulates intelligence for the purpose of crafting and articulating a very misleading argument, and a senator who hears this final argument, not knowing it has been manipulated.

For Kerry to state this out loud, however, would be equivalent to calling the admin liars, something not too politically correct.

"but I have 4 family members in the Middle East, fighting this war against terrorrism, and they have told me that to have a change of presidents at this time would weaken our nation.....They need our support....DAMMIT.."

4 whole Gi's think it would weaken our nation, damn must be true then huh? Gi's should be protesting this **** if they had any decency before this physco in the White House reinstates the draft.
Dumbya weakens our nation, the height of the baby boom was '48, the lowest birth rate year was '74, we're headed for the smallest working class ever supporting the largest retiree class ever in just a few years. That's going to turn into a voting war between young and old and the old have the obvious advantage of numbers. Meanwhile dumbya has run up a record deficit and cuts tax for the rich every chance he gets, he sending us straight down the path to another great depression.

xpanda,
"the Bush administration of neoconservatives have absolutely convinced the American public that the former cheerleader from Andover is the only tough guy on the podium, and god knows Americans love their tough guys."

I think what you mean is the average dumb American loves wannabe, armchair tough guy, war mongers with Napoleonic complexes. Dumbya himself couldn't fight his way out a wet paper bag.
