I would venture those that are having issues are using an android phone. Without knowing the exact error or issue, no one can be of help. Saying I can't access or read doesn't tell us much. Browser, Phone Type, Error Type, Screen Shots all help. Without it, it's like a call to 911 saying a home is burning but you don't know where.

We can help and save extra work from being done, that doesn't need to be.
