A 1-2 weekend brings our YTD to 11-4. Let’s see if we can keep it going with a few potential plays for Week 6. The main strategy I want to implement is fading the public. Books are always looking to exploit public perception so hopefully we can find a few winners by fading the public in a few heavily public-bet games. Obviously, this is written on Wednesday (10/11) so always keep an eye on the changing lines and percentages.[/FONT]

Less is more! My one bet this week is a big bet on the Niners/Redskins OVER (the number is currently 46 1/2), the top rated pick this week in Victor King's Totals Tipsheet.

I have been suggesting a betting strategy of large percentage of the bankroll bets on one game a week, and that is Victor's top newsletter pick. That pick won last week with the Packers/Cowboys OVER. Victor is 4-1 on these 3 star picks so far this year which is 80%.

Yeah Buzz I think you posting CFBA later on saved me a bit.. I bought a half point on FSU then avoided Miami (injuries) and Northern Ill.. as the line had got steamed up to -7.5 on my site. With Buffalo being perfect ATS decided to stay away. So I got lucky and went 2-1... gonna take a chance on the NFL picks you posted for today...

Don't have time today to go thru all the Newsletters and add up the results.. but from the other ones I tracked yesterday.. Looks like Vegas had a good day.

If you remember last week i said 2 things-when a line is on 3-7-10-14-17-21-buy the halve point-Flordia State i got at 6.5-a winner instead of a push. The second i said take Pointwise on his top 4 picks-he went 4-0-don't take the bottom 4-they went 1-4, Gold Sheet you never know what your getting-0-4--Winning just can't seem to get it going. I have been with them for 7 years-the first 5 years they were good-top plays running 64 percent-last year no good-this year no good. Sum it up on Pointwise top 4 picks you won't get hurt.

The Mendoza Line tracking only tracks Victor's newsletter plays, not his late phone plays/service plays. I only play his top newsletter play, which has went 5-1 this year, with a 83% win rate. I bet a large percentage (30% of the bankroll) on one play a week.
