Got this one cooking now. No slicin and dicing for me today...

3lbs deer burger
2 cans light red chili beans
2 cans dark red chili beans
2 cans of seasoned chili beans
2 jars of 24oz thick and chunky salsa
Brown (1 teaspoon cumin if ya want)and drain the meat, drain all the juice from the beans except for the chili beans. Add all the above in a croc pot. Add a full jar of the salsa and mix well. If one jar isn't enough then add enough of the second one to your likings. Put it on low and let it simmer all day or as long as you can, stirring occasionally.

The one above is so simple, and you wou think it is sweet, however, it is not and peeps go crazy no matter where I take it. I have it cooking now actually and ready at the Clemson kickoff...

this is one is more work, but damn good also...

2 lbs Ground Venison
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 (15 oz) can pinto beans - you can add another can or just use 1 of each. adjust amount of beans to your liking
2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
2 chili peppers diced
1 celery stalk diced
1 medium onion diced
3 tomatoes chopped
1 small bell pepper diced (optional)
2 teaspoons cumin
3 tablespoons chili powder
1.5 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1.5 cups water

1. Brown venison with the cumin powder. You can sautee the onions a tad too if ya like
2. add all ingredients into a large crock pot and cook on slow for 10 hrs. You can cook it on high in 4-6, but chili is better the longer it cooks. Enjoy

-For spicier chili, add an extra 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and even a little spicier, add 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper too. If you like jalapenos, then add 5-6 of those sliced as well. ENJOY.

Thanks Matty -

Went to the store already and got the stuff from BAS's suggestion. It's in the crockpot now. It has no beans though and it looked like it was going to be a thick chili so I added some more things to it like water, tomato juice, a little tomato sauce, a tad more chili powder. I like your last recomendation and will copy that for next time.

THANKS!

No problem! Hope you enjoy! And of course, substitute ground beef or turkey for the venison, unless you're a meat hunter like me and have the good stuff. :)
