By the way what ever happen to those ridiculous Casino laws. Seems almost like the same thing to me.

If all this does hold up. The good thing is where still in Costa Rica and Cabs are every where at all hours and that is just going have to be the way to go. You can use a bus to, but at night when your partying you better take that cab or somehow get a designated driver if that's even possible. Depending on who you know and who you go out with.
