Why wouldn't a casino want to know if there is something that bothered you, maybe that's why you're leaving, and they want to avoid loosing a customer and perhaps stop sthers from doing so because of the same reason, all that shows to me is concern on the customer, not a reason to raise a flags.

Chuck- I would highly suggest you send this guy an e-mail. I don't care for Millennium either but in this case you should let this guy try to help. Gather your account # and stuff like that and send him the information. If he doesn't help, then you have every right to rip them. He seems to be attempting to make this right. Give him a chance to do that.

For clarification, there were two Matts at Millennium until recently. Mat (With one T) Who was the bookmaker (Known by many locally.), and Matt (Spelled normally with two T's, who keeps a little lower profile.)the webmaster/administrator. Both are great guys, and great at what they do. Mat the linesman is no longer with Millennium. Matt the administrator will surely help clear things up for Chuck (If he wants things cleared up

As I understand this now, all new accounts and INACTIVE accounts will get a 10% bonus and a 15% Bonus Play. The rollover is 3x with a 30 day minimum but winnings can be withdrawn. Generous, but that aside.....
I don't play teasers but that free 1/2 point for all sides and totals in baskets from 6 to 7 PM Monday through Friday and the 1/2 point on gameday for 3 games called in is a siren sweetly singing to me. I have been looking for something like that. In a way its the rebirth of Rio platinum with no fee.
As I have stated, I have played there in the past and had absolutely no problems with payouts, customer service etc.
These days security is the big issue. Unless someone other than Chuck posts something negative then I see this as the best deal going right now. Has anybody at all been slow paid ever or had any other problems recently?
