If you can read above, I already answered that in my other post. Considering they have 1 loss and have all played/beaten each other, OU gets the nod for looking the most impressive and having much tougher non-conference schedule.

Third, which no one wants to talk about, when is OU going to win a BCS game? Do we really want to potentially see them lay another egg when everything's on the line? Their recent BCS performances have been an absolute embarrassment to the program and coach Stoops' legacy.

They do have 2 BCS wins, including a ntional championship and 2 more NC game appearances, so I wouldnt say it's quite as bad as you are making it sound. I will agree the way they played in a couple of those game was embarassing though.
