This might be impossible but there must be someway of having Marty give up his share of the RX.

IMO, this is the only situation for the RX to come out clean in this very dirty situation.

Yep, that's the main one for NOW. It doesn't matter if he paid all those people back, he is a stiff. If it weren't for him getting involved in the RX, those players would be left hanging in the cold.
