D'ah well. Not a big deal. I can wait. I just don't get the point of having to wait till after the NBA finals are over to be able to withdraw. Also, why only a 250 max cash out? I have completed the rollover and am upto 250.00. So why would they want me to cash out and possibly put my money in my regular book rather than keep it in their book, keep playing, eventually lose it and deposit more funds because you have a feel for the site and enjoy it?

Talk about run on sentences.

Anyways, does anybody know if Betphoenix is a reliable and honest book? Do they payout promptly and without a hassle?

I am kind of liking the book and might keep my account there.

Well they better be straight..but seriously, the staff seem to be pretty cool whenever I've chatted with them. Some of the customer service reps at certain books act like you are disturbing them when you contact them for any reason. Some are downright rude.
