I called them and was told that the EFT's are down to 1-2 weeks, instead of the 3-4. I guess they are making progress, only time will tell.

I am unaware that NETeller itself, rather than its founders, or any of its processors had been named in a criminal complaint. What is the source?

OK, processors are mentioned in the founders indictment but not as defendants.

The 13th, which was a couple days before all hell broke loose but its finally in my account this morning.

Illini-- Believe they stated it could be up to two weeks for EFT payouts.

I just spoke to Neteller and they said it could take 4 to 6 weeks for a EFT that I put in for on Jan 16th. They said they could send me an ATM card, which would take 2 weeks, but that they could not cancel the Jan 16th withdrawal request, so I will have to wait the 4 to 6 weeks.
